I have known Ketan for over 8 years now and my impression of him has been of someone who ‘delivers’ what he ‘says’. A highly creative individual who has the ability to break stereotypes and laid paths, to create innovative path-breaking programs and processes with his tactful, meticulous and extremely well-organized approach. A quick learner and a smart people-manager; he is well suited to take over large leadership positions.
As a Training & Development Manager, he was thorough in his research for the training content, trainers and suggestions to the department. He used his innate ability to strike a chord with various department managers and leaders to find what their daily struggles are, carve out training programs which helped not only the department but also the individuals grow and succeed in their assignments.
He constantly pushes his horizons by attending webinars, researching through whitepapers and scavenging the internet to see where the market is headed. He was at ease on both the technical training and the power (soft) skill training front. This 360-degree, micro-macro (from individual to department) approach, sets him apart.

Ketan is the most devoted, dilligent and result oriented professional. He has always been an inspiration and a guiding star to all his colleagues. He is astute in executing his training programs and he does know how to share his knowledge in the most simplest yet effective manner. I wish him all the best for all his future endeavors
Ketan and I worked together in one of Norwegian Cruise Line's vessels. What struck me the most the most about Ketan was his ability to adapt to and adopt existing practices while keeping open to other ideas. He injects creative platforms in training or presentations. He is able to merge the old and the new seamlessly, just like what he did with the presentation to welcome new shipboard joiners when we first worked together. In my observation, he's very professional when dealing with crew, staff, officers and shore side management team - something that can be challenging when working in a shipboard environment. I would never think twice if given the opportunity to work with Ketan again. He's calm, level-headed and logical with his ways and he is able to set apart personal from professional life. He is a reflection of someone who is well-educated, mature professional with integrity. He will be an asset in whichever organisation he choose to join, and I wish him all the best in his endeavours
Kketan had worked with me in two properties, The Taj Kovalam and the Taj Fort Aguada. He has transformed himself into a great Training professional over a period of time. His passion for people and processes is amazing. He will be a great Training leader for any organization. He is a thorough professional and very good at his functional knowledge, and has excellent people handling and team building skills.
I had a pleasure working with Kketan at PerAqumm hotels and resort during my time at Niyama Maldives. Kketan was our training and development manager at that time and he absolutely brilliant on his tasks. He got amazing caliber of delivering trainings and motivates others. He was a great training person and I wish him all the best.
Kketan had joined Taj North Goa properties, viz: Taj Holiday Village and Fort Aguada Beach Resort as head of Training. During his tenure, he managed the inductions of new team members, Ensured Training calendars and reports of both hotels were followed at all times besides conducting mock audits so that both hotels did well in various Brand audits that were conducted both internally and externally. He was also actively involved in ensuring both teams were well prepared for the Tata Business Excellence Model audits. He used to be very actively engaged with both team members and departmental heads to ensure the standards were maintained and thus ensure excellent guest satisfaction scores. A very amiable person who preferred to let his work do the talking. Indeed happy to have had the opportunity to work with him and see his continued growth in the Training space.
Had great opportunity to work with Ketan at Niyama Maldives. His Training skills are pretty unique and very productive. He brings indepth training experience with him. He is an excellent speaker and a focused trainer. I would definitely recommend Ketan to someone who is looking for a one stop shop for Training purpose.
Known Ketan since 2001, worked together, and then we grew on to be good friends. In the nearly two decades that I have known him I have seen Ketan grow immensely both individually and professionally. Ketan is a true hospitality professional and has been a very supportive mentor and coach to his team. He is adaptive to new ideas and thoughts and a quick learner who constantly works towards upgrading his skills. He is knowledgeable, dedicated, compassionate and efficient. and his training skills would be an asset to any organisation he is placed in.
