There are moments when the body isn’t the only one that needs to breathe. The mind does too , from the noise, the chase, the constant proving.
Out here, surrounded by nature, I’ve realised something simple, it’s not just me breathing it in. It’s nature breathing through me.
The quiet has its own way of healing. The stillness slows your thoughts just enough to hear yourself again. It’s grounding. It’s real. It’s deeply therapeutic.
Being one with nature doesn’t disconnect me from life, it reconnects me to it.
Clearer. Calmer. Stronger.
