The Paradox of the Tie

Stillness isn’t stagnation. Some of the most important shifts in our lives begin when we stop chasing and start sitting with ourselves. No audience. No deadlines. No corporate tags around the neck. Just breath, earth, and a bit of uncomfortable honesty. I've learnt this: You don’t need a blazer to feel purpose.
Sometimes, even in shorts and slippers, with a rock for a chair, clarity visits.
Because clarity rarely shows up in board meetings. It shows up quietly, when no one’s watching, and there’s nothing left to prove.
This isn’t a retreat or a wellness Sunday.
It’s life, unfiltered. And sometimes, that’s when we grow the most.
