Most learning fails for one simple reason.
It starts with content. Not outcome.
We design sessions.
We fill slides.
We deliver.
And then we wonder why nothing changes.
Because learning was never meant to begin with “what to teach.”
It must begin with “what must be different after.”
If the end isn’t clear, the effort is just activity.
Design backwards.
Or prepare to repeat yourself.
