2025 Didn’t Leave Me Untouched. It Left Me Clear.

2025 reminded me of Tiramisu.

Layered. Contrasting. Honest.

Some parts of the year were firm, moments that demanded resolve.

Others were soft, where patience, recovery, and stillness mattered more than speed.

There was bitterness too.

The kind that sharpens perspective.

And sweetness, not loud, not instant, but earned.

This year altered me in ways I hadn’t planned.

It asked me to let go of something familiar.

It left a permanent reminder, not visible to everyone, but present with me every day.

I didn’t come out untouched.

I came out clear.

Scarred, yes.

But steadier.

More deliberate.

More honest about what deserves my energy.

Still invested.

Still showing up.

Still standing, not despite what changed, but because of what it taught me.

2025 wasn’t about perfection.

It was about integration.

Allowing strength and vulnerability, loss and resilience, challenge and triumph to coexist — and still move forward.

Like Tiramisu, no single layer defines the experience.

Together, they do.
